Medical — Sakhal PvE
Treat the fall, the cold and the walk home. Kits still work while walking. This page is PvE only.
PvE context
Chernarus is combat-first and filters diseases. Use the Chernarus medical guide there. On Sakhal, ThermaStim, dry clothes and CookZ matter as much as an ETG. Full disease list: Sakhal diseases.
Two layers
Dbloods stacks two medical systems, so you will find everything from a simple rag to a multi-use trauma kit:
- 🩹 Vanilla first aid — bandages and rags, disinfectant (wound infection is active here), painkillers and morphine, saline and blood bags, tetracycline, vitamins / charcoal.
- 🧰 TOWK Medical — walk while healing, multi-use kits and combat injectors. Same kit ladder as Chernarus.
Heal while walking
Most TOWK kits let you keep walking while you treat yourself. Standing, crouched or prone, including from the quickbar. Weapon lowered. Healing another player locks you both. Useful when you are limping home in the wind, not only in a gunfight.
Kits — strongest first
Kits restore health and stop bleeds. Some have several uses — watch the number on the item. Trader prices follow this same order.
- 💉 ETG — about 110 HP total (80 instantly, then regen over 2 min) and up to 5 bleeds. Injected in a second.
- 🐻 Grizzly — 70 HP, 3 bleeds, 15 s, 10 uses.
- 🎒 Salewa — 50 HP, 2 bleeds, 6 uses.
- 🟩 AFAK — 45 HP, 1 bleed, 4 uses (black / tan / green).
- 🔧 CMS Kit — 40 HP, 2 bleeds.
- ⬛ IFAK — 40 HP, 1 bleed, 4 uses (black / tan / green).
- 🚗 Car Kit — 30 HP, 1 bleed, 3 s, 5 uses.
- 🟧 AI-2 — 15 HP then +500 blood over 30 s.
- ⚡ Propital — 15 HP, near-instant.
Cold, pain and bones
- 🔥 ThermaStim — 5 min of body heat. Built for this island.
- ⭐ Golden Star — 15 min pain-free, no shock blackout.
- 💊 Ibuprofen — 5 min (12 uses).
- 🎗️ Tourniquet — one bleed for 60 s. Pair with a bandage.
- 🩹 PPI-E bandage kit — reusable, twice as fast as a rag, can be disinfected (10 uses).
- 🦴 Aluminium splint — broken leg in 2 seconds. Mountains and ice. Craft a vanilla splint from sticks + rags if you have not looted one.
- A hot CookZ meal prevents more deaths than a late ETG — see CookZ.
