Medical — Chernarus PvP

Treat the gunshot, then keep moving. Disease list is short here — kits are for combat. This page is PvP only.

PvP context

Sakhal adds cold, flu and CookZ as first-line medicine. Use the Sakhal medical guide on the island. On Chernarus you still get vanilla + TOWK; you just will not be nursing a random cold in a firefight. Diseases that remain: Chernarus diseases.

Two layers

Dbloods stacks two medical systems, so you will find everything from a simple rag to a multi-use trauma kit:

• 🩹 Vanilla first aid — bandages and rags, disinfectant, painkillers and morphine, saline and blood bags, tetracycline, vitamins / charcoal. Master these first — they cover 90% of situations.
• 🧰 TOWK Medical — walk while healing, multi-use kits and combat injectors.

Heal while walking

The big change: most TOWK kits let you keep walking while you treat yourself. Standing, crouched or prone, including from the quickbar. Treatment still has to finish before the effect applies.

• Your weapon must be lowered.
• Healing another player locks you both for the animation.

Kits — strongest first

Kits restore health and stop bleeds. Some have several uses — watch the number on the item. Trader prices follow this same order.

• 💉 ETG — about 110 HP total (80 instantly, then regen over 2 min) and up to 5 bleeds. Injected in a second. The strongest heal.
• 🐻 Grizzly — 70 HP, 3 bleeds, 15 s to apply, 10 uses.
• 🎒 Salewa — 50 HP, 2 bleeds, 6 uses.
• 🟩 AFAK — 45 HP, 1 bleed, 4 uses (black / tan / green).
• 🔧 CMS Kit — 40 HP, 2 bleeds.
• ⬛ IFAK — 40 HP, 1 bleed, 4 uses (black / tan / green).
• 🚗 Car Kit — 30 HP, 1 bleed, fastest kit (3 s), 5 uses. A car first-aid pouch — not a vehicle-only item.
• 🟧 AI-2 — 15 HP then +500 blood over 30 s.
• ⚡ Propital — 15 HP, near-instant.

Support

• ⭐ Golden Star — 15 min pain-free, and it keeps you from blacking out from shock.
• 💊 Ibuprofen — 5 min of pain relief (12 uses).
• 🔥 ThermaStim — 5 min of body heat (more useful on Sakhal, still in the pool here).
• 🎗️ Tourniquet — holds one bleed for 60 s, then it comes back. Pair it with a real bandage.
• 🩹 PPI-E bandage kit — reusable dressing, twice as fast as a normal bandage, and it can be disinfected (10 uses).
• 🦴 Aluminium splint — fixes a broken leg in 2 seconds.

Broken bones: use a splint

Take a bad fall or a hard hit and you can fracture a leg — you will limp and struggle to run. Fix it with a splint: craft the vanilla one from sticks + rags, or use the aluminium splint if you loot one. Always carry one before heading into the mountains or a firefight.

Where to find meds

Look for medical cases in hospitals, medical tents and underground medical rooms. A medical run to a hospital is one of the best ways to stock your kit.
