Not Chernarus

Chernarus filters the list (no flu, cold, wound infection, heavy metals). Use the Chernarus diseases guide on PvP. On Sakhal, staying warm and dry is half your health bar.

What is active

Everything vanilla: kuru, cholera, salmonella, chemical contamination, plus influenza, common cold and wound infection. Heavy metals matter here — cooking is the answer.

Know the list

• 🧠 Kuru — human meat. On Sakhal, cooking removes the agent — see CookZ.
• 💧 Cholera — unsafe water. Purify.
• 🍖 Salmonella — raw or rotten food. Cook.
• ☣️ Contamination — toxic zones. NBC + mask.
• 🤧 Influenza & cold — cold and wet. Dry off, fire, vitamins / antibiotics.
• 🩹 Wound infection — untreated injuries. Disinfect and bandage clean.

Prevention

A hot meal clears kuru, salmonella and heavy metals in one bite. Carry tetracycline, vitamins, disinfectant, purification tablets, NBC, and stay dry. Medical kits: Sakhal medical.

Sakhal runs the full list plus flu, cold and wound infection. Clean water, cooked food, warmth and a small med kit will carry you through. Stay warm, stay clean, stay alive.
