Groups and flags — Sakhal PvE
Your group is the claim, the flag and the garage signs. Sakhal is built for longer co-op. This page is PvE only — there is no player raid window here.
Not the Chernarus ladder
Chernarus starts at 3 and caps at 6, with 800 / 250 m flag spacing and a weekend raid window. If you play PvP, use the Chernarus groups guide.
Create or join a group
Form a group in-game before you plant a flag. The flag is what lets you build and what marks the plot. For an underground bunker, the flag has to sit inside the underground — a surface flag does not cover rooms below.
Member cap: 4 → 10
A fresh Sakhal group has room for 4 players. The upgrades are cheaper than Chernarus because the island is co-op:
- Start: 4 players.
- Upgrade to 6 — 50 000.
- Upgrade to 10 — 125 000. That is the cap.
Flags (upkeep, not a raid day)
There is no player raid window on Sakhal. The flag still has to be raised: it is the claim, not a PvP calendar. Raise it at least every 3 days; once raised it lasts up to 20 days.
- Maximum 2 flags per group.
- Plotpole radius: 70 m in the open · 30 m inside the PvE safezones.
- 150 m from any other flag — allied or hostile. There is no 800 m allied rule here.
- Bunker hatches must stay 180 m from your flag (not the Chernarus 85 m).
What the group actually gives you
- A shared group bank that grows as you level the group.
- Up to 2 group garage signs (plus 2 personal signs). Ground vehicles keep cargo on store — see the Sakhal economy.
- You can still plant a Raid Alert for the Discord ping, but nobody is coming through your door.
Common Sakhal mistakes:
- Copying Chernarus 3 → 6 prices. Wrong ladder.
- Planting a flag in a PvE safezone and expecting a 70 m plot — you get 30 m.
- Digging a hatch at Chernarus 85 m. On Sakhal the keep-away is 180 m.
