Medical & Healing on Dbloods

Staying alive on Dbloods isn't only about not getting shot — it's about treating what happens next. On both Chernarus and Sakhal you get three layers of medicine: the vanilla basics, premium Tarkov-style medkits, and the deep AMS medical system. Here is how to patch yourself up.

Medical kits on Dbloods — Grizzly, CMS and AMS meds

1. Three layers of medicine

Dbloods stacks three medical systems on top of each other, so you'll find everything from a simple rag to a full surgical kit:

2. Vanilla first aid

The foundation you already know: bandages and rags to stop bleeding, disinfectant to clean wounds, painkillers and morphine for pain and shock, saline and blood bags to recover blood, tetracycline for infections, and vitamins / charcoal for sickness. Master these first — they cover 90% of situations.

3. Tarkov medkits — the premium tier

These are the kits worth looting and hoarding:

Think of them as your emergency reserve: expensive to find, but a Grizzly in your bag can save a whole run.

4. The AMS medical system

The AMS mod adds a whole immersive healing layer for players who want realistic care: first aid kits (including the MFAK), dedicated bandages and bandage tape, antiseptic, a tourniquet to stop heavy bleeding, an AMS splint, and a full range of drugs and painkillers (aspirin, sedatives and more). If you like managing your health properly, this is your toolkit.

5. Broken bones: use a splint

Take a bad fall or a hard hit and you can fracture a leg — you'll limp and struggle to run. Fix it with a splint: the vanilla Splint (craft one from sticks + rags) or the AMS splint. Always carry one before heading into the mountains or a firefight.

6. Where to find meds

Beyond normal loot, look for medical cases in the right places: hospitals, medical tents and underground medical rooms hide lootable medical crates with a curated medical set inside. We won't spoil what's in them — go find out — but a medical run to a hospital is one of the best ways to stock your kit.

In short

Learn the vanilla basics, hoard a Grizzly or CMS for emergencies, dive into AMS if you love realistic care, and always carry a splint. Raid hospitals and medical tents for the good crates. On Sakhal especially, good medicine (and a handle on diseases) is the difference between a long life and a short one.
