A hostile BTR-82 now patrols Chernarus PvP and Sakhal PvE.

It spawns on its own, it's marked on the map, and it shoots. Destroy it for crates + a server-wide notif.

Three tiers (different colours) — the nastier it is, the better the loot.

Still in testing — feedback welcome (bugs, routes, balance).
