Tarkov Medical and AMS are gone, replaced by TOWK Medical.

❓ Lost your heals? Expected, not a bug. The old items no longer
exist, so AMS heals, orange AI-2, GP21 masks and NBC pouches were
removed on login. Propital, Ibuprofen, Grizzly and CMS Kit kept their
names, so those four survived. Heals are back in loot, at traders and
in airdrops at the same rates as before.
🚶 Heal while walking — no more being rooted in place. Standing,
crouched or prone, straight from the quickbar. Weapon must be lowered,
and healing another player locks you both.
💉 The new heals, strongest first
- ETG — 110 HP total (80 instant, then regen over 2 min) and up to
5 bleeds, injected in a second. Best heal on the server.
- Grizzly — 70 HP, 3 bleeds, 15 s to apply
- Salewa — 50 HP, 2 bleeds
- AFAK — 45 HP, 1 bleed (black / tan / green)
- CMS Kit — 40 HP, 2 bleeds
- IFAK — 40 HP, 1 bleed (black / tan / green)
- Car Kit — 30 HP, 1 bleed
- AI-2 — 15 HP and +500 blood
- Propital — 15 HP, instant
🧰 Support gear
Golden Star: 15 min pain-free, no blackout from shock. Alu splint:
broken leg fixed in 2 s. ThermaStim: 5 min of body heat. Ibuprofen:
5 min pain relief. Tourniquet: holds one bleed for 60 s, then it comes
back. PPI-E: reusable bandage, twice as fast as a normal one.
💰 Trader prices now follow healing power — the stronger the heal, the
more it costs. The big kits sell back but won't always be in stock, so
looting still pays. 🍀
